You have 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, to return or exchange an item bought from our site. Please be advised that anything shipped to us EXCEEDING 14 calendar days will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Factors affecting eligibility for a return or an exchange are as follows:
Please understand that KING's Pipe will not accept any form of used merchandise. Further instructions including procedure & our company address will be sent to you in response to your initial email. Thank you!
We don't accept USED PRODUCT returns/exchanges/replacements for any reason. If we find during inspection, that an item has been used, we will have USPS return the package to you.
Once you ship the item back to us, we will notify you immediately upon arrival at our facility. The returned item will then be thoroughly inspected and an email stating the status of your refund will be sent to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment (*please note: completion of refund process takes approximately 24-72 hours to reflect depending on your bank, credit card company, or financial institution). You will NOT be charged with a restocking fee. However, if you opted for a faster shipping option, that is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item back to our facility. We do not reimburse you shipping fees. If you are approved for a refund and you had initially opted OUT of KING's Pipe's FREE SHIPPING, the cost of the original shipping (from us to you) will be deducted from your refund.
Once the item has been shipped out, you must provide a TRACKING number to us via email for safe measure.
