How do I return an item?

KING's Pipe Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at KING's Pipe Online Headshop.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns or Exchanges

Before returning a product, please NOTIFY us at support@kings-pipe.com. We need to be aware when a package is en route to our facility.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, to return or exchange an item bought from our site. Please be advised that anything shipped to us EXCEEDING 14 calendar days will NOT BE ACCEPTED.


Factors affecting eligibility for a return or an exchange are as follows:
  • If unsatisfied with your purchase, please state your reasons.
  • Item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it in.
  • Must be in the ORIGINAL packaging.
  • You must present the RECEIPT or proof of purchase.

Please understand that KING's Pipe will not accept any form of used merchandise. Further instructions including procedure & our company address will be sent to you in response to your initial email. Thank you!

Refunds

Once you ship the item back to us, we will notify you immediately upon arrival at our facility. The returned item will then be thoroughly inspected and an email stating the status of your refund will be sent to you.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment (*please note: completion of refund process takes approximately 24-72 hours to reflect depending on your bank, credit card company, or financial institution). You will NOT be charged with a restocking fee. However, if you opted for a faster shipping option, that is non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item back to our facility. If you are approved for a refund and you had initially opted for KING's Pipe's FREE SHIPPING, the cost of the original shipping (from us to you) will be deducted from your refund.

Once the item has been shipped out, you must provide a TRACKING number to us via email for safe measure.

How to Return

  1. Contact us by email if you would like to return/exchange a product, please include a brief reason explaining why.
  2. We will, in turn, respond to your email with our return address.
  3. Please pack the product carefully in the original box and ship it back to us. We recommend you add shipping insurance.
  4. Email us a tracking number.
  5. We will inspect your product & notify you once we receive it
  6. Upon approval, we will email you to issue a refund or process an exchange (whichever you choose).
